Documents Required from the UK Citizen
1. Certificate of No Impediment (CNI)
The CNI is a certificate stating that the individual has no legal impediment to marry. It confirms whether the person is single, divorced, or widowed.
This document is issued by the relevant authority in the UK, such as the register office or the British Embassy in Indonesia. To obtain a CNI, the applicant must provide a recent original birth certificate, valid passport copy, proof of residence, and if applicable, a divorce certificate or death certificate of a former spouse.
The process can take 1–2 months, depending on embassy procedures. Once issued, the CNI must be translated into Bahasa Indonesia and legalised by the British Embassy in Indonesia.
2. Copy of Passport and Identity Card

3. Copy of Birth Certificate
