If you need to send larger amounts, you can upgrade your transfer limit per transaction in the Transfez Singapore app. Once approved, your limit can increase from SGD 1,500 to SGD 3,000 per transaction.
Follow the steps below:
1. From the Home screen, tap Account in the bottom right corner.

2. Select Increase.

- Following the anti-scam initiative, the default limit has changed. The daily and per-transaction limit is currently set at 1,000 SGD, but users can change this limit directly and without any conditions through the “manage limit” feature,
- Tier 1 is for users who have not been KYC verified, where users cannot make cross-border transactions.,
- The limits in Excel still apply.
Applicable limits
Default all users after KYC verified:
Per-transaction: 1,500
Daily: 5,000
Monthly: 5,000
Yearly: 30,000
Upgraded Limit User (setelah proof of address diverified):
Per-transaction: 3,000
Daily: 5,000
Monthly: 5,000
Yearly: 30,000
3. To continue the process, you need to prepare the following documents and ensure that there is a Singapore address listed on the documents:
- Internet or phone bill
- Rental agreement or home installment proof
- Electricity or water bill
- Medical document

4. After reviewing the information provided, tap Upgrade Limit.

5. Take a clear and readable photo of your selected document to ensure a smooth verification process.
6. Tap Submit to confirm and proceed.

7. Your limit upgrade request will be reviewed by the Transfez team and may take up to 7 business days to process.

8. Once approved, your maximum transfer limit per transaction will increase to SGD 3,000.
