How to Join

1. User must be a registered and verified Transfez Indonesia user in order to be eligible to send money and get a ticket per transaction
2. User must be at least making one eligible transaction to be eligible to take part in this campaign
3. All existing and new Transfez Indonesia users (including those who registered during promotional period) are eligible to enroll on this promotion as long as they met the criteria

Terms and Conditions

1. Prize: Selected prize by the winner. Must be a concrete thing, can be bought with money, with maximum price varying depending on the winner rank.
2. Promotion period: 7th February 2022 to 11st February 2022 with six winners as the outcome
3. Eligible Transaction: Any  transactions that uses the voucher code TRANSFEZLOVEYOU
   1. Winner: There will be 3 winners on each category with total of 6 winners on this promotion.
      1. 1st Winner: IDR 10.000.000 price cap
      2. 2nd Winner: IDR 7.500.000 price cap
      3. 3rd Winner: IDR 5.000.000 price cap
4. Winner Category:
   1. Best Wishes Winner
      1. Users are required to at least do 1 (one) eligible transaction during the promotion period to be eligible to be selected.
      2. Users that already created at least one eligible transaction will be required to fill the form at tfez.app/blablabla
      3. Users will have to provide their Transfez-registered email, their transaction number, their phone number, their full name, their wish and the reason behind the wishes
      4. Transfez will select three users as the winner that will get their wishes granted
      5. Selected winner will be required to do an interview with Transfez team to verify their wishes.
      6. Selected winner agree for their story  to be published onto Transfez’s social media, according to Transfez’s needs
      7. Selected winner might be declared as invalid if Transfez team are not able to verify the truth of their story during the interview session.
      8. Users that already won in Best Wishes category are not eligible to won again in Ticket Raffle category and vice versa.
      9. If the price of the wish is below the prize cap, then the remaining budget will be void.
      10. If the price of the wish exceed the price cap of the prize, Transfez will only subsidize the wish and the difference will be beared by the winner, if the winner want to do so.
   2. Ticket Raffle Winner
      1. Every eligible transaction made via Transfez app will be automatically enroll in the promotion and equals one ticket for the prize drawing for the ticket raffle winner. More number of eligible transactions equals more number of tickets and thus gives more chances to win. 
      2. Users that already created at least one eligible transaction will be required to fill the form at tfez.app/blablabla
      3. Users will have to provide their Transfez-registered email, their transaction number, their phone number, their full name, their wish and the reason behind the wishes
      4. Transfez will randomly pick three winner by raffle system (one ticket equals one entry)
      5. Selected winner will be required to do an interview with Transfez team to verify their wishes.
      6. Selected winner agree for their story  to be  published onto Transfez’s social media, according to Transfez’s needs
      7. Users that already won in Ticket Raffle category are not eligible to won again in Best Wishes category and vice versa.
      8. If the price of the wish is below the prize cap, then the remaining budget will be void.
      9. If the price of the wish exceed the price cap of the prize, Transfez will only subsidize the wish and the difference will be beared by the winner, if the winner want to do so.
      10. Draw date: Transfez will conduct a screening of the best wishes winner and ticket drawing for the ticket raffle winner at least 21 working days after the promotion ends.
      11. Winner validity: Transfez will contact the winner via the email address [email protected] to set an interview session and communication purpose afterwards.
      12. Participants are encouraged to follow @transfez.id on Instagram & to receive updates regarding the program.
      13. All informations, updates, and winner announcement of this promotion will be announced via Transfez Official Instagram account @transfez.id
      14. Transfez staff and their family members are not eligible for the promotion
      15. Transfez reserves the full right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time due to any event outside our control or potential breach of applicable laws or regulations. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
      16. Transfez’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into on matters regarding this promotion.
      17. Re-share your wishes, tag @transfez.id on Instagram and get a chance to Transfez exclusive merchandises for 50 lucky person
